For 20 years I have provided advice on leasing issues to lessors, trained sales and other leasing staff, and provided expert witness services to lawyers in cases involving lease issues. I charge $500 per hour.

LEASE CONSULTING

I have advised many organizations on lease accounting, tax, structuring and marketing issues.

Engagements have included:

Restating a lessor’s financials to correct accounting errors to facilitate the sale of the leasing company
Advising the major leasing trade associations on the transition from FAS 13 to ASC 842
Providing specs to a lessee accounting software company to handle the ASC 842 requirements
Providing “how to” advice on specific transactions to lessors
Providing accounting, analytical and sales support to a structured finance advisory group
Adding new products to a “one trick pony” lessor
On-call advice: ad-hock questions answered from clients from time-to-time

I have modified training presentations as well as created presentations to suit customer needs. I support the training I offer for sale and would modify it if so desired.
